Eric has over 20 years’ HR experience in both line management and consultancy. He has worked with business owners, directors and senior managers on a broad range of employee projects. With a generalist background, Eric provides advice as well as hands-on pragmatic and commercially-focused support. His experience covers complex employee relations issues, managing TUPE processes, implementing new processes such as performance and absence management, as well as assisting with recruitment and selection campaigns.
