George Hatswell

George Hatswell provides transaction support and due diligence on behalf of banks and private equity houses for their lending and investments. His experience also includes company valuations as well as lead advisory work.

George has worked on multiple financial due diligence assignments for clients in a vast array of industries, including Writtle Holding’s acquisition of digital printing company, Showcard Print. He has also assisted with valuations of companies in the media sector and in a lead advisory role. George also supported the sale of a majority stake in YouTube channel Toddler Fun Learning to the private equity-backed media vehicle, Moonbug Entertainment.

Outside of the office, George enjoys attending sports events, travelling and cycling.
