Georgina advises on all aspects of the employment lifecycle from managing sickness absence cases to advising on how best to handle employee relations problems, such as disciplinary and grievance.
Georgina prides herself on providing an efficient and responsive service to the clients that she works with and always aims to provide a solution that meets the needs of the business.
Georgina has successfully completed her Level 3 & 5 CIPD in HR management and has experience advising clients in a wide range of sectors.
