Guy Richardson

Guy Richardson is head of the firm’s well-respected real estate and construction team. As a conscientious client partner, Guy invests time in really understanding his clients, listening to their needs and advising them on strategy.  

With strong commercial acumen, Guy aims to alleviate his clients of the compliance burden and tax system complexities. From tax structuring to reporting and regulatory upheavals, Guy is hands-on through to the end scenario. 

Guy supports a diverse client base of property investors, property developers and construction specialists. His clients hail from all corners of the sector, including living, commercial, light and heavy industrial, retail, education, student accommodation and hospitality. 

Apart from the domestic market, Guy serves international investors investing in the UK. As lead partner of the Moore Global European Real Estate and Construction collaboration group, he has strong connections across the entire international network.  

Clients rely on Guy for his sector knowledge and meticulous approach, which instils a great level of trust that everything will be completed accurately, professionally and on time. He has a friendly manner but won’t hesitate to challenge where appropriate.
