Guy has extensive experience in raising various types of debt, including real estate, working capital, asset-based and leveraged debt across multiple industries. Guy’s expertise also extends to corporate and private equity acquisitions, dividend recaps and shareholder restructurings.

A Chartered Accountant (FCA) and MBA, Guy began his finance career in transaction services and M&A, transitioning into the debt and leveraged lending space over 15 years ago. As a former leveraged lender, he is accustomed to internal credit processes, enhancing his ability to secure debt facilities for his clients.
