Harriet Soane-Shaw

Harriet’s path to training supervisor in the payroll team is unusual in that she went via accountancy and audit. Thanks to this, she has developed knowledge of both payroll and accountancy, alongside her problem-solving and analytical approach.

With her experience using different payroll software, in-depth knowledge of Excel and exposure to clients in different sectors, Harriet trains the payroll team on systems knowledge as well as general payroll aspects. She ensures clients continue to benefit from the firm’s multi-faceted expertise regardless of who on the team is looking after them.

Before her role as a supervisor, Harriet serviced a full portfolio of clients with different requirements, ranging from journals and data manipulation to client onboarding and systems migration. Harriet has successfully completed AAT level 2 & 3 and is also CIPP- and ACT-accredited.
