Based in the St Albans payroll department, Helen delivers specialist payroll support with strong focus on both national minimum wage compliance and the hospitality sector. She works closely with employers navigating complex pay structures, ensuring payroll processes are accurate, compliant and aligned with the organisation’s needs.

Helen also leads and supports team members, ensuring high-quality service is consistently provided to all clients. She works with a wide range of businesses within a department serving around 220 clients, maintaining a particular focus on hospitality organisations of all sizes.

Helen’s experience working at multiple accountancy firms providing payroll services includes time spent as a director. In that role, she overhauled systems and processes, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and build a comprehensive payroll offering. This understanding of business needs enables Helen to provide practical, reliable guidance while working seamlessly with clients and the wider Moore Kingston Smith team.
