Henry Loughlin

Henry Loughlin is a Senior Manager in our Financial Services team, specialising in statutory audits and regulatory assurance for FCA regulated firms, including those within the CASS 5, CASS 6, CASS 7, CASS 8 and CASS 15 frameworks. He works with a wide spectrum of clients across payment services, investment management, forex, insurance broking, family offices, funds and peer to peer platforms, providing clear, pragmatic support across both statutory and CASS audit requirements.

Henry is known for his ability to quickly understand the core of a client’s business and identify the areas that matter most from a regulatory and financial reporting perspective. Clients value his direct, thoughtful approach and his ability to give proportionate, commercially grounded advice that helps them navigate an increasingly complex landscape.

His experience spans managing statutory audits for financial services groups as well as delivering reasonable assurance CASS audits for firms ranging from Small CASS Firms to complex, Large CASS Firms. Within the firm, Henry plays a key role in developing our technical capability. He delivers internal training on sector specific and regulatory matters, contributes to the firm’s thought leadership, and regularly supports colleagues on emerging FCA guidance and expectations.

Across his portfolio, Henry oversees engagement delivery, coordinates multidisciplinary teams and ensures that outputs are concise, high quality and aligned with both client and regulatory expectations. His broad experience across financial services audits provides a strong foundation for balanced, informed judgement, enabling him to add real value to firms operating across the financial services and fintech sectors.
