Holly Taylor

Holly joined the corporate finance team in 2022, following the completion of her ACA qualification in the corporate audit services team at Moore Kingston Smith. She has a first-class degree from the University of Southampton in Economics and Finance.

Since joining the team, Holly has been involved with a number of engagements, including advising clients through the sale process, financial due diligence, pre-lending reviews and business valuations. While her work has encompassed various aspects of the deal process, she now primarily focuses on sell-side advisory, helping clients navigate the complexities of an exit, while striving to maximise value at every stage. Holly has provided services in both buy side and sell side transactions to clients in a wide range of sectors, including media and marketing, IT services, retail, manufacturing and professional services.

Outside of the office, Holly enjoys playing padel, cooking and socialising with friends and family.
