James Henderson

James works in the Corporate Finance team with clients who want to acquire or merge businesses, are preparing for the sale or buyout of a firm or require funding. He also helps business owners throughout transactions, providing them with commercial advice and support.

He has worked across various teams at Moore Kingston Smith, gaining the experience needed to help him attain his Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification.

James spent several years deploying his mathematical and analytical skills to complete accounts and audit work, building an expertise that now provides clients with valuations, funding models and three-way forecasts.

Outside of work, he is an enthusiastic and proficient sportsman. James plays cricket, golf and football, as well as achieving level 1 and 2 qualifications in the Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance (CSIA).
