James Knight

James is responsible for the day-to-day control of a large portfolio of cases. This is formed primarily of corporate insolvency work but also includes bankruptcy and IVA cases.

He has dealt with solvent liquidations large companies, where maintaining good client relationships is essential, as well as dealing with more contentious matters where investigations into a company’s prior dealings and conduct of the directors are required.

James joined Moore Kingston Smith Licensed Insolvency Practitioners in March 2009 as a trainee insolvency administrator and was promoted to supervisor in 2014. James is based in the City office.

He passed the CPI exam with a distinction in 2010 and has since gone on to pass the JIEB exams in 2013.
