Jess is an HR professional with wide-ranging generalist HR experience and knowledge gained from her time with a diverse range of businesses across the retail, construction and manufacturing sectors.
She has worked at MKSHRC since 2017, holding a number of different roles. Previously a member of the Employee Relations team, Jess supported clients by resolving their day-to-day HR issues using her extensive knowledge in handling complex employee relations cases. On her promotion to the role of HR Consultant in 2020, she joined HRC’s Projects team and now works predominately with businesses across the media & marketing sector. As an HR Consultant, Jess designs and implements bespoke projects to ensure clients get the most from their people, whether from raising levels of performance and productivity, driving employee engagement and motivation or helping shape management training and reward structures or a combination of all of these.
Her clients remain a priority for her and she takes pride in building strong relationships, with many of these first established during her time in the employee relations team. Jess takes the time to understand differing client needs meaning the bespoke project delivered is tailored appropriately to help the business achieve their goals.
