Joe Kinton

Joe advises clients on anything from projections and business plans to pure audits. In situations such as listings, fundraising, restructuring, sales and acquisitions, Joe helps clients formulate their plans by showing the effect on financial performance.

Clients are mainly larger private companies and complicated groups, typically with non-working shareholders/investors, or AIM-listed companies. His sector expertise includes financial services, clean energy, publishing, property and the technology sectors. Joe is very adept at resolving technical audit issues.

He previously worked at Shipleys LLP, which merged with Moore Kingston Smith in May 2025 and is a member of the ICAEW.
