Karen Wardell believes strongly that accessibility and individuality lie at the centre of an excellent working relationship with clients. She recognises that each client has their own specific needs and works hard to tailor bespoke service offerings. Karen combines years of experience with a friendly approach – she understands what keeps each client awake at night and suggests solutions that are both workable and commercial. She sees herself and the client as a team, and is happy to act as a sounding board before decisions are made.
Karen acts for a mixed portfolio of clients from start ups to large groups in the nonprofit, property, telecommunications, retail, media and manufacturing sectors. She advises on all areas of their financial affairs, covering not only accounting, audit and tax matters, but the many and varied challenges involved with running a business on a daily basis, including helping clients make informed decisions about their own financial planning.
Karen has sat on Moore Kingston Smith’s technical committee for a number of years, which ensures that the firm and its clients are kept up-to-date on technical issues and that its services and internal processes are of high quality.
