Lanre Adebola is a Lead Business Analyst within Moore Kingston Smith’s Technology department, managing the K2 Development team. He is responsible for developing and deploying digital processes and workflow solutions within the firm, and is also a key member of the firm’s digital transformation team.
Working with the business domains, Lanre identifies solutions for business problems, performs gap analysis and explores impact analysis before producing business requirements and translating them into tangible technology solutions.
Lanre has improved and streamlined processes across the firm using the K2 process automation platform. A major project saw him deploy automated workflows to increase productivity and eliminate inefficiencies in onboarding and bookkeeping. He has designed digital forms that allow users to seamlessly generate tasks, share information, work collaboratively and seek the required authorisation.
Previously, Lanre has worked for several worldwide organisations on a wide range of digital projects, such as supplier rationalisation, SME financial remediation, digital trading and an IFRS lease calculation engine.
