Heading the China and Asia-Pacific team, Lynn Lin is a Chartered Management Accountant and ATT-qualified tax adviser with over 15 years of commercial and technical experience across a range of industries. She specialises in helping businesses expand internationally – from setting up overseas subsidiaries to managing accounting and compliance, securing funding, establishing EIS and SEIS schemes and navigating cross-border tax issues.

Lynn’s expertise also covers personal tax planning, employee incentives and complex transactions. She has a strong track record in guiding businesses through their international growth and helping them achieve their goals.

Fluent in English and Chinese, Lynn combines deep technical knowledge with a strong understanding of different business cultures, allowing her to provide tailored, insightful advice to her clients. She frequently speaks at UK universities and international conferences and works closely with spin-out companies to help them make a successful transition from R&D phase into the commercial world.
