Marc Fecher is the Chairman and Founder of Moore Kingston Smith Corporate Finance. With a wealth of experience in corporate finance, Marc has been instrumental in driving the firm’s growth and success. Under his leadership, the firm has established a strong reputation for delivering exceptional, solution-led, practical and commercial financial advisory services in the UK and cross boarder.

Marc’s industry expertise spans various sectors, including manufacturing, distribution, media IT, professional service  and family-owned businesses. His extensive transaction history includes numerous successful mergers, acquisitions and capital raising activities, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes. Marc specialises in M&A advisory, where he has successfully orchestrated a multitude of high-profile transactions, ensuring optimal outcomes for his clients. His deep understanding of market dynamics and strategic acumen have made him a sought-after advisor in the M&A space.

In addition to his M&A expertise, Marc is experienced in supporting and advising companies and shareholders in challenging moments. Marc acts for high net worth individuals, private equity firms, multinational corporations and owner-managers on deal sizes ranging from £1 million to £200 million. He is also co-founder of Devonshire Corporate Finance Ltd.

Marc is qualified with both the ACCA and ICAEW, holds the ICAEW’s Corporate Finance (CF) qualification, and is a Member of the Securities Institute. He previously sat on the ICAEW’s Executive Committee and chaired the ACCA’s Corporate Sector Network. He is regularly asked to speak at conferences and seminars and contribute to national and trade publications.

In addition to his role at Moore Kingston Smith, Marc is also a director and shareholder of Northwood, a company that employs over 1,000 people across 11 plants in the UK and Spain. The business is a market leading manufacturer of hygienic paper products. His strategic insights and M&A expertise have been key to Northwood’s expansion and success in the market.
