Marc acts for public, family and private companies, banks and private equity organisations on deal sizes ranging from £1 million to £200 million. He is co-founder of Devonshire Corporate Finance Ltd.
Marc is qualified with both the ACCA and ICAEW, holds the ICAEW’s Corporate Finance (CF) qualification and is a Member of the Securities Institute. He sits on the Executive Committee of the ICAEW’s Corporate Finance Faculty and is regularly asked to speak at conferences and seminars and contribute to national and trade publications.
