Matthew Meadows combines a relaxed style with an unfettering dedication to helping his clients with issues that arise. Matt’s clients know they can pick up the phone at any time and talk through a problem, and at the end of the conversation they will have a solution or two to consider. Matt likes being actively involved with his clients and is not afraid to roll up his sleeves to get things done.
Matt’s area of expertise stretches across all areas of corporate finance, audit and taxation. He mainly deals with SMEs, although he also acts for listed companies on AIM and the standard list of the London Stock Exchange. He specialises in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions including due diligence, public company reporting, lead advisory and valuations.
Alongside his corporate finance work, Matt also works on audits of listed and companies with a corporate finance angle – those that are on the acquisition trail, or looking to refinance, list or sell in the future. Matt is also a Director of Devonshire Corporate Finance Limited, Moore Kingston Smith’s specialist corporate finance advisory company, where he acts as lead adviser on acquisitions, disposals and fundraising.
Outside work, Matt is a keen rugby player and sits on the committee at Rochford Hundred RFC. He also plays golf and is looking forward to the day when he can play with his two sons, who are currently working on their swings.
