As an HR consultant, Natalie’s hands-on approach has seen her lead on a range of HR activities, from everyday performance and employee relations issues to designing company development schemes, creating induction programmes, facilitating collective redundancies, running recruitment assessment days and implementing HR systems.

As a member of the projects team, Natalie works closely with clients to improve employee experience and engagement levels, taking a practical and creative approach that supports long-term objectives.

She has previously worked in various industries, including healthcare, construction, security, technology and hospitality, has a keen interest in health and wellbeing, and is a trained mental health first aider.
