Nathalie Strauss

Nathalie Strauss joined the Moore Kingston Smith corporate finance team in 2021. She works on both buy side and sell side transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, fundraises and due diligence reviews, providing valuable insights to business owners throughout the entire deal lifecycle.

Prior to joining Moore Kingston Smith, Nathalie was part of the advisory team at Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps Ltd), where she learnt to quickly identify key risks and areas of improvement for businesses and worked closely with lenders on pre-lending reviews and various debt refinance assignments as well as accelerated mergers and acquisitions.

Having worked across a variety of sectors including retail and leisure, healthcare, media and marketing, IT Services and manufacturing, Nathalie brings a wealth of knowledge to each transaction.
