He has extensive experience advising employers of all sizes on structuring quality benefits packages that deliver value for both organisations and their employees.

Paul specialises in providing consultancy support to employers in respect of their employee benefits arrangements, helping them maximise value from their current provision and identify opportunities for enhancement.
