Penny is involved in client relationships, contributing to impact analysis projects, stakeholder engagement facilitation, data analysis and report writing. She also plays a key role in the communications side of the business and presents at seminars and workshops on impact reporting methodology.
She has years of experience working in the charity sector and her passion for social transformation and uplifting the most vulnerable members of society has taken her to communities across the world. Previously, Penny ran a consultancy in South Africa that managed gifts to charities. She was responsible for the management and coordination of donations as well as reporting to funders on the impact of their gifts.
Having lived and worked in the UK, Malaysia, Malawi and South Africa and led multiple fundraising, community and volunteer projects in these countries, she has a sound understanding of the needs and issues within the charity sector.
As well as being a fully qualified maths teacher, Penny has been a trustee of a UK not for profit organisation, Friends of Tree UK, and was Chair of the Marlborough College Malaysia Charity Committee during the years she lived in South East Asia.
