As a Strategic HR Partner, Richard assists his clients with creating people led initiatives and reward structures to enable them to retain their best talent while attracting the right type of new employee.
Working predominately with SME’s in the manufacturing and logistic sector, Richard understands the challenge of managing varying levels of talent and provides sound workable solutions to make this easier. This may include a full organisational review or simply applying small but effective changes to improve people activities or processes. Either way, Richard makes every effort to get to know the senior team and understand their drivers for change to help manage any transition ahead.
Richard has been advising client at Moore Kingston Smith since 2011 having previously headed up HR departments in the manufacturing, retail and sales sectors.
