Shane Moloney

Shane is an entrepreneurial deal-maker using his accountancy background to advise on general audit and accounts preparation. He also undertakes strategic business planning and gives capital markets advice to high-growth enterprises. His expertise also includes financial services team and shareholder and employee incentive schemes.

He previously worked at Shipleys LLP, which merged with Moore Kingston Smith in May 2025. Shane is an Irish Chartered Accountant and member of the corporate finance faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales.
