Simon Booth
Simon is an experienced property, workplace and facilities management leader who has been with Moore Kingston Smith since 2014. He oversees all areas relating to the firm’s real estate footprint, the built environment, workplace experience, health and safety, and end‑to‑end facilities operations.
Simon leads the development and execution of the firm’s property strategy, ensuring that every workspace supports operational excellence, collaboration and the long‑term needs of the business and its people.
Working closely with partners, senior leaders and stakeholders across all areas of the firm, Simon plays a central role in creating environments that reflect Moore Kingston Smith’s culture and support its evolving ways of working. A strong believer in the power of well‑designed, collaborative workplaces, he champions spaces that strengthen connection, enhance productivity and contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm and its people.
Simon is also a key member of the firm’s ESG and natural world committees, helping to embed responsible, sustainable practices across the organisation. He is one of the leaders driving the firm’s commitment to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), supporting the transition to more sustainable operations and a reduced environmental footprint.
Before joining Moore Kingston Smith, Simon worked in property and facilities leadership roles in high‑performing organisations across a variety of sectors. His broad professional background gives him a deep understanding of operational excellence, workplace strategy and complex, multi‑site environments.
He holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and an NGC National Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from NEBOSH. Simon has also contributed to industry thought leadership, speaking at industry events, and is a former member of the editorial advisory board for one of the leading industry news and information publications.
