Stephen Hanlon

Stephen advises businesses on corporate and business tax matters. He specialises in SEIS- and EIS-related issues, R&D tax credits and the tax aspects of M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations, as well as real estate businesses and funds.

Stephen has big four experience as well heading the tax and accounting division of a London-based financial services firm. He previously worked at Shipleys LLP, which merged with Moore Kingston Smith in May 2025. Stephen is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
