Steve Foster

Steve advises a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from ambitious start-ups to public companies. His wide-ranging experience includes property, automotive, information technology and media. As well as attending to statutory compliance matters, Steve has considerable experience in business planning and strategy to help businesses achieve their objectives, whether to purchase a business, expand, enter new markets or formulate an effective exit strategy (including a sale).

As well as his accountancy expertise, Steve has also spent the best part of a decade as director of finance of a London-based media business. This have furnished him with first-hand knowledge of the inner workings of client businesses, which clients appreciate. He previously worked at Shipleys LLP, which merged with Moore Kingston Smith in May 2025. Steve is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
