A member of the corporate finance team, Tabitha Hyde advises businesses and their owners on corporate transactions, particularly company sales and management buy-outs as well as acquisitions and fundraises.

She understands the significant impact these events can have on both businesses and individuals and works alongside clients to achieve a successful outcome, whilst minimising disruption along the way.

Tabitha has worked with businesses from a broad spectrum of sectors and is able to quickly become an integral part of the client’s team. She combines her technical knowledge as a chartered accountant and holder of the Corporate Finance Qualification with commercial understanding and a keen eye for detail to maximise value for clients.
