She is adept at leading clients through their transformative journey by using a blend of lean six sigma, design thinking and automation tools. She is seen as a trusted partner who helps clients solve complex problems and unlock their digital potential.
Most recently, Tarini has worked with tier 1 banks across the UK and Europe, covering customer journey experience, robotic process automation, operating model design, process re-engineering and agile delivery. She has demonstrated excellent project management skills, often collaborating with large stakeholder groups including senior management across various functions and geographies. Her recent work for the automation of corporate cards origination at a leading global bank saw her nominated for the client award under ‘collaboration’.
She has taken on varying roles, from acting as a strategic partner to being a core team member. With this, she has honed her ability to envision the bigger picture and adopt a detail-oriented approach to deliver lasting customer value. She is always willing to go above and beyond, which is evidenced by her previous employer presenting her with the ‘Circle of Excellence’ Award for consistently delivering outstanding performance.
Tarini graduated from the Warwick Business School with a first-class degree. She keeps the learning spirit alive and remains abreast of the latest trends and technologies. Tarini is a certified green-belt design thinking practitioner and her most recent certification is in cloud solutions from Amazon Web Services.
