Tom Acland

Tom Acland is a director in Moore Kingston Smith’s corporate and business tax team with a wide experience of the tax issues that innovative and high growth business face. Tom’s key focus is on merger, acquisitions and corporate structuring but he also advises businesses on wider tax topics including the tax implications of financing and equity raises, management incentives, international expansion and employment taxes, corporation tax and VAT more generally.

Tom is an award winning Chartered Tax Adviser and Chartered Accountant. He regularly advises on cross border transactions, working closely with our overseas network firms to deliver seamless advice to his clients.

Outside of work, Tom is a keen golfer and plays competitively in several annual tournaments.
