Victoria Pounder

Victoria Pounder co-leads the People Team as Head of HR at Moore Kingston Smith, bringing over fifteen years of experience. Partnering with the leadership team, Victoria is key in creating and maintaining an enjoyable, rewarding culture and experience for the firm’s 650+ people, in which they can thrive as their authentic selves. With a keen interest for all things people related, Victoria is passionate about transforming outdated HR practices to ensure the team brings maximum impact to the firm.

Victoria has been with Moore Kingston Smith since 2011, having previously worked in HR for local government and other accountancy practices. She received her MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Hertfordshire in 2008. When Victoria isn’t solving business and people challenges, she is kept busy by her young daughter.
