Our approach to resolving tax disputes

Tax dispute resolution starts with informal negotiations between the taxpayer and the tax authority to address discrepancies. If unresolved, the taxpayer can file an administrative appeal for independent review. Mediation or alternative methods may also be used. If these fail, the case goes to tax court for legal proceedings.
