Amy Tilley

Amy Tilley is a manager in Moore Kingston Smith’s tax team and her client work focuses exclusively on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) tax matters. Before joining the M&A tax team in 2020, Amy worked in the private client tax team at Moore Kingston Smith and has a wide understanding across all taxes.

On buy side transactions, she is highly experienced in tax due diligence across a range of industries and a range of clients from SMEs to large corporate groups.

Alongside tax due diligence work, Amy regularly advises on sell side transactions, providing support to management to maximize after tax proceeds and advises on corporate reconstructions.
