Sustainability report
This sustainability report details the decisions and actions we are taking to ensure we live out our firm’s purpose: to create a positive impact with lasting success for our people and our clients.
A key part of this is sustainability, and we continue to build on our promise to be a driving force for positive change. This report marks a significant milestone in Moore Kingston Smith’s sustainability journey. We have brought together our existing people, ED&I, environmental, and governance policies to provide our stakeholders with a clear, transparent, and honest assessment of our firm.
We have identified five sustainability pillars to form the basis of our sustainability strategy:
1. Education, people and development
2. Equity, diversity and inclusion
3. The natural world
4. Community care
5. Quality and transparency
Under each of these pillars, we have made ambitious commitments to drive the change we want to see in the world. We will continue to measure and report our progress against these commitments on an annual basis, making improvements along the way.
Overseeing our environmental, social and governance (ESG) and sustainability strategy is our newly created Sustainability Committee. The Committee has responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of sustainability initiatives, reporting directly to the firm’s senior leadership team.
