Dionne Amoo

As department head for business development, Dionne Amoo leads a busy team of experienced professionals. Her mission is to support each team member in consolidating client relationships and strategically coalescing the sales and marketing functions to drive growth.

Besides her demanding day job, she is a passionate trustee of the firm’s charitable foundation, the Moore Kingston Smith Community Foundation. Dionne’s varied experience has seen her not only hold positions in well-known global companies but also co-found and run a niche apparel business.

Outside work, Dionne still has energy to spare for parent governing, writing articles for ‘Words from a Black Woman’ and managing communications for the charity Counter-Col Network, which supports Black women in their working lives. She is regularly invited to speak on panels, podcast and webinars on diversity and inclusion in the professional services community. Dionne’s integrity, belief in quality and stand for justness inspire her colleagues, mentees and associates alike to make a genuine difference.
