Jaime Gilmour

Jaime Gilmour is a People Partner working in the projects team, helping clients by delivering HR projects and initiatives that improve their people position.

Jaime has held various HR generalist positions across a number of industries, including the security and construction sectors, and is one of the manufacturing and distribution and real estate and construction sector specialists within the People Advisory team.

Jaime has comprehensive experience across all aspects of HR. She has a strong background in leading and resolving difficult employee relations cases and at the other end of the spectrum, she enjoys helping clients with projects that improve employee engagement and talent management.
