Jamie Sherman

Jamie Sherman likes to take a hands-on approach when working with his clients. He invests the time in getting to know each business, which allows him to tailor the services he provides to meet their short-term and longer term needs. Jamie’s clients value the support he gives them in dealing with the wide range of day-to-day business issues that can occur.

Jamie has amassed significant experience in advising entrepreneurial businesses across a variety of sectors, with a focus on professional practices. His clients have included architects, lawyers and surveyors as well as marketing services businesses and recruitment specialists. Jamie is a specialist on SRA Accounts Rules and provides in-house and external training when required.

Jamie has a particular affinity for the professional firms sector – the differing nature of businesses within the sector is something he particularly enjoys. He works closely with professional firms to fully understand their unique needs and as such, is able to offer a bespoke range of services from compliance requirements to business structuring, succession planning and other operational aspects. Jamie has also advised on several mergers and acquisitions over the years.

He was named one of Accountancy Age’s 35 under 35 in 2018.

In his spare time Jamie enjoys the odd round of golf, although the demands of a young family have left their mark on his handicap. He will admit to being a keen supporter of Tottenham Hotspur and tries to watch as many matches as he can.
