A key member of the outsourcing team, Mel Lambell leads the delivery of outsourcing services. Her key focus is on providing timely and insightful reporting to clients, enabling them to make more informed business decisions.

Mel helps clients explore how to improve efficiencies within their accounting systems, particularly using cloud-based software. She actively champions innovation and new software for both internal and external use.

Working closely with the technology and onboarding team, Mel ensures all outsourcing services are delivered in the most effective way, using technology to its fullest to meet client needs. She also oversees VAT compliance services, annual accounts, corporation tax returns and personal tax planning.

While Mel’s client base spans a wide variety of sectors, she is particularly experienced in working with GP practices and other businesses within the healthcare sector.
