Muneeb Nazir

A member of the forensic accounting team, Muneeb Nazir is involved in partnership, shareholder and commercial disputes, forensic and fraud investigations, contentious business valuations, compulsory purchase claims, business interruption claims, probate cases and professional negligence claims.

He assists with preparing expert witness and advisory reports and conducting forensic accounting assignments, both in civil and criminal proceedings. Recent cases include: analysing and condensing a voluminous and incomplete data set in a multidisciplinary investigation to trace assets worth in excess of £100 million across multiple jurisdictions; a cross-jurisdictional business disturbance quantification in the context of an insurance claim; and a multimillion-pound fraud investigation into a Ponzi scheme.

Muneeb is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), the ICAEW’s forensic and valuation special interest groups and has previously sat on the Compulsory Purchase Association’s Futures board.
