Sara Ramsey

Sara Ramsey is passionate about helping social enterprises and nonprofits grow, evolve and transform, drawing on over two decades of experience in COO, CFO and advisory roles. Bringing a holistic lens of impact, people, and money, she collaborates with charity leaders to evolve their organisation and business models for the emerging world.

With a collaborative and facilitative style, Sara’s focus is on increasing impact, sustainability, and wellbeing. Recent projects include:

• developing the growth strategy and business model for an ambitious social enterprise;
• designing a participative governance model for a nonprofit to enable dynamic, inclusive and integrated decision-making across the organisation; and
• advising a social business on how to evolve their structures, relationships, and practices for collective leadership and self-organising teams.

Sara is also a visiting lecturer at Bayes Business School, as co-developer and facilitator of the “Reimagining Organisations and Building Financial Sustainability” workshop for Nonprofit CEOs, FDs and trustees.
