Sumbul Khatri

Sumbul Khatri advises clients on both business and financial matters, such as: auditing financial statements, including international and group audits; consulting on complex accounting transactions and advising on the systems, controls and processes that prepare a business for growth, IPO or other exit strategy.

Sumbul’s 15 years’ experience includes working at two Big 4 firms. She is experienced in IFRS, FRS (101, 102) and US GAAP, as well as International and PCAOB Auditing Standards. Her clients range from privately-owned entrepreneurial businesses through to international listed companies in the professional services, consumer business, technology, and natural resources sectors.
