Thomas Tong
Thomas Tong is a corporate solicitor at Moore Kingston Smith’s legal team. Prior to joining Moore Kingston Smith, Thomas worked at a commercial law firm in London and advised international and domestic clients in a wide range of corporate, commercial and banking matters.
At Moore Kingston Smith, Thomas advises clients on:
- corporate re-organisations;
- Employee Ownership Trusts;
- mergers and acquisitions;
- articles of associations;
- shareholders’ agreements;
- share buy-backs; and
- general corporate matters.
In his spare time, Thomas enjoys travelling and reading.
