Moore Kingston Smith is pleased to announce the appointment of new Tax Partner, Leigh Collins, on 28 November 2022.

Leigh’s appointment in the dedicated Entrepreneurial Tax Team further strengthens the firm’s tax offering, which has been supporting businesses with commercially driven, risk-assessed advice for over 80 years.

Bringing over 25 years’ experience in advising entrepreneurial businesses, from start-ups through to exit and sale, Leigh guides owner-managed businesses through the variety of challenges that they encounter during the course of their life cycle.

An expert in providing clear advice for people doing business in the UK and entities with an international slant, Leigh has spent much of her career ensuring entities are compliant and flexibly structured, with business operations fit for the UK and overseas while being as tax efficient as possible across borders.
