Alex Jenkins

Alex Jenkins has a wide range of Corporate Tax experience gained from working with UK and international clients for nearly 20 years.

He has managed the tax affairs of Large & Medium sized UK & multinational groups over the years, also running bi-annual training events for Tax & Finance Directors for several years. Alex has been involved with various aspects of OECD driven tax changes as they’ve been written into UK law over the last decade, with a particular focus on the management of tax risk & governance; supporting clients’ efforts to meet various legislative requirements. This includes the Senior Accounting Officer & Corporate Criminal Offence regimes, UK Tax Strategy requirements, as well as providing assistance with Anti-Hybrid & Interest related legislation and other relevant areas. He now helps groups with their obligations on a variety of compliance and advisory issues and understands the need to proactively manage tax risk as businesses grow, given the growing spotlight on tax affairs in the UK & globally.
