Debra Blacklock

Debra Blacklock has expertise in advising private clients on income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax. She has particular experience in assisting those who have international aspects to their personal tax affairs and regularly provides advice on residence and domicile matters. She also works closely with our Moore network, to advise businesses on the tax and social security issues in seconding employees.

Debra assists US citizens living in the UK with managing the interaction of taxes between the two countries, including providing guidance on trusts and businesses to minimise double taxation.

She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and, as a member of the London Branch, has presented at the Private Client Conference. She is also a member of the joint forum with HMRC on expatriate tax.
