Henry Waugh

Henry Waugh joined the corporate finance team in 2021 having completed the ACA qualification as an audit trainee at Moore Kingston Smith.

He works across all service lines with particular experience in financial due diligence and reporting accountant roles where he analyses the financial track record and projected performance of a target company and identifies the key risks and opportunities. He also takes on a supporting role on lead advisory work, which includes purchaser research at the start of a sale mandate, help with the financial aspects of the IM, marketing the business and data room management to assist clients with the due diligence process.

Henry has experience across multiple industries including marketing services, IT managed services, education and construction.
