He guides them through competitor analysis, revenue stream analysis, share buy-back, attracting investors, M&A and sale preparation, global expansion and partnership-to-LLP conversion, to name but a few of his recent projects.
A critical member of the firm’s digital transformation team and technology strategy group, Jon has built a specialist tech team within the outsourcing department, and also allocates time to fine-tuning in-house systems. As well as guiding businesses on their future growth trajectory, he proactively improves their internal processes and systems by deploying the latest tech and furthering all aspects of their digital transformation.
