Mital Shah

Mital Shah brings over 20 years of experience to the firm’s Corporate Audit team, advising clients across large and complex group audits in the UK and internationally. He is well versed in financial reporting (UK GAAP, IFRS), and system and organisation controls (SOC) reporting.

Mital works closely with AIM and fully listed companies and groups. His extensive experience encompasses industries including Technology, Research and Development (R&D), Real Estate management, investment and development, and Financial Services. A key part of the firm’s in-house country-focused desks for India and China, Mital guides clients on their international operations. He is well equipped to support businesses based in India, China or Hong Kong seeking to enter the UK, or expanding into those nations from the UK.

He forges trusted relationships with his clients, taking the time to listen and understand their business goals, as well as their personal aspirations, to assist them in achieving both. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Mital previously owned his own barista and bakery business, meaning he sees things from both sides of the fence as an auditor and as a business owner.

Mital’s expertise has seen his comment featured by City A.M. ACA qualified, Mital is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
