She has worked alongside existing HR and Reward teams and shares expertise and experience in developing creative and sustainable reward solutions to motivate and incentivise employees, driving business performance through a fit-for-purpose reimagining of a total reward package fit for any business.
Leading a team of reward and employee incentive experts who provide advice, guidance and support on total remuneration strategy. Sally has a passion for ensuring the remuneration offered is the best fit for any organisation; competitive enough to attract and retain key talent without losing sight of the organisation’s identity.
Sally works with clients on their total reward management, strategy and planning, as well as designing and implementing long term incentives for employee and management retention.
