Thomas Betti-Berutto

Thomas Betti-Berutto is a Manager in the Corporate Finance team at Moore Kingston Smith, specialising in sell-side advisory for owner-managed and entrepreneur-led businesses. He supports shareholders throughout the transaction lifecycle, from planning to completion.

He joined the team in 2022 after qualifying as an ACA in the firm’s audit practice, and has since gained experience across disposals, acquisitions and debt refinancing assignments.

Tom advises across multiple sectors, including media and marketing services, technology and IT services, manufacturing and distribution and the built environment. His recent experience includes advising on the MBO of Haygarth Communications from Omnicom, and the sales of Total Media to Serviceplan Group, Pinewood Structures to Lagan Investments, First 4 Safety to Amitvo Group, and New Green Services to Ever Brite Cleaning.

Tom has experience preparing information memorandums, buyer outreach, coordinating sell-side due diligence and managing day-to-day deal processes. His structured approach, clear communication and strong understanding of buyer markets support efficient, well-targeted transactions.

He holds a Geography degree from the University of Exeter and is a keen rugby player.
